Baby Gear Delivery & Pick Up Process

Hotels & Timeshare Resorts - Items are delivered to the bell desk of your resort prior to your arrival under the name on the reservation. Once you’ve checked in, you’d call the bell desk and have a bell man bring the items to your room. When checking out, you’d call a bell man to the room to take the items to their storage area. I’m unable to access your room after you’ve checked out and it can become a very tedious process to recover items, so a $25 inconvenience fee will be charged for items left in your room.

Vacation Rentals & Private Residences - Delivery & pick up is typically arranged with the host or property manager. You’d forward his/her contacts to me.

Marinas - Items are delivered directly to the boat/vessel your reservation is under. A slip number is not necessary but would be helpful if it’s available. You’d also need to provide a contact number that can receive incoming calls or text to arrange delivery & pick up.

Airports - Car seats can be delivered to Lynden Pindling International Airport and surrounding flight services based on your flight times. If renting from one of the major car rental companies in the terminal, the seats will be delivered directly to their agents.
